How do I get an Ohio Medical Marijuana card and become a patient?

To qualify as a medical patient you will need the following:

– To find a certifying physician in Ohio. Currently, certified physicians are accepting appointments through telemedicine.
– Have a qualifying medical condition to participate in Ohio’s medical marijuana program
– Possess a valid government issued ID
– Register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program
